Deliveries

Though we aim to provide the fastest turn around times for items purchases there can be cases where unforeseen events can cause delays. As a customer you are eligible for refunds  on the following cases:

• When items purchased are not delivered within 72 business hours ( not including weekends/holidays)
•  When items purchased are not matching listing( result of packaging error)

Cancellations

Items purchased online can be cancelled only before delivery or if situation applies from section 1.

Returns

Items purchased online can only be returned within the first 24 hours of delivery. Some items, such as swimsuits, lingerie, underwear are not eligible for returns due to health & hygienic safety.

Refund

Purchases made electronically through debit-credit card will be return subtracted any transaction fee from our processor should a refund is executed. We do not cover this cost.
